Food/Wine Pairing

Here are just a few suggestions on what to eat with the grape varieties that I make from the amazing book “What to Drink with What you Eat” by Dornenburg & Page.  There are many other great foods that can be paired with these wines.  These are just the ones that are most highly recommended. I do have one favor to ask though. Please, for the love of all things sacred, just eat & drink what you like…..and don’t be an a-hole about it 🙂  Love ya. Mean it.

KEY:
Foods mentioned in regular type are suggested pairings.
Those in bold are highly suggested pairings.
